Dear Parents
Happy New Year! Another lockdown is not how we wanted to start the spring term. Thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times. Government guidance is coming to schools at a very fast pace and is certainly a changing picture. I will always keep you informed of changes to our school offering that needs to take place as a result of this guidance.

Dear Parents,

The reading for the fourth Sunday of Advent on 20h December is from St Luke’s Gospel. We hear the story of the Annunciation, when the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and told her ‘You will give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus.  He will be great, and people will call him the Son of the Most High.’

Friday Newsletter 27th November 2020

27th November 2020Louise AYTON

Dear Parents,
It is the first Sunday of Advent on 29th November. The reading from St Mark’s Gospel tells us to prepare: ‘Be on your guard, stay awake, because you never know when the time will come. It is like a man travelling abroad: he has gone from his home, and left his servants in charge, each with his own work to do; and he has told the doorkeeper to stay awake. So stay awake, because you do not know when the master of the house is coming, evening, midnight, cockcrow or dawn; if he comes unexpectedly, he must not find you asleep. And what I am
saying to you I say to all: Stay awake!’
