MyHappymind

We are proud to announce that we are a myHappymind Bronze Accredited school!

This means that as a school we consider the mental health and wellbeing of our children
as one of our top priorities. We have created a whole school culture that helps build our
children’s resilience, confidence and self esteem as well as teaching them how to self
regulate in those stressful times.

This Accreditation badge has been awarded thanks to all the effort our staff, children,
governors and parents have put in to bring the lessons of myHappymind to life all
around our school!

To Learn more about the myHappymind for Schools programme visit their website here –

What is my Happymind?

Our programmes for teachers, parents and children help to prepare today’s children for tomorrow’s world by building resilient, balanced and happy minds at home, nursery and school.

Who?

Our programmes are designed for schools, families and nurseries who care about developing the mental wellbeing of children

What?

We combine the latest research, science and technology to help children develop lifelong habits and learn to thrive

Why?

We believe that we should be equipping all children with the knowledge, skills and tools to thrive in the modern world.

Our schools programme

Our science-backed programme for schools is grounded in the latest science and research about what it takes to create positive wellbeing.

It’s taught to every single child and there’s a curriculum for every year group from Early Years to Year 6. We also give you a staff wellbeing programme and a Parent App too!

Our programme structure

myHappymind is taught across five modules and each introduces a new set of content and habits to help children build resilience, self-esteem and confidence:

Meet Your Brain - one of the modules included in the myHappymind wellbeing programmes for children

1. Meet Your Brain

Understanding how your brain works and how to ensure we look after it so that we can manage our emotions and be at our best. Growth mindset is a key part of this too.

Celebrate - one of the modules included in the myHappymind wellbeing programmes for children

2. Celebrate

Understanding your unique character strengths and learning to celebrate them. This is a fantastic module for building self esteem.

Appreciate - one of the modules included in the myHappymind wellbeing programmes for children

3. Appreciate

Understanding why gratitude matters and how you can develop gratitude as a habit. Gratitude is key to wellbeing and resilience and we’re all about making it a habit!

Relate - one of the modules included in the myHappymind wellbeing programmes for children

4. Relate

Understanding why positive relationships matter and how to build them. We’re focussed on the building blocks of good relationships and friendships.

Engage - one of the modules included in the myHappymind wellbeing programmes for children

5. Engage

Understanding how to set meaningful goals that matter and how to keep resilient in times of challenge. This module is all about building self esteem and resilience too.
